Came into the city for a quick 4-day weekend. Ran across this place while looking for another place and decided to order dinner. I had the Garlic Lamb and it was incredible. I’m a pretty big slut for good Indian Food and this place was hands down some of the best I’ve had in my life. Vibes were positive and great, full of millennials that enjoy eating with friends. Staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this place to friends and family

If you're looking for amazing food and a beautiful atmosphere, you have to visit Indigo! The service was outstanding, and the food truly exceeded expectations. I tried the chilli chicken, chicken samosa, and cheese paratha—each dish was bursting with flavor. But the highlight for me was the dessert: the firni. It's a delicious, creamy treat made with saffron and rice—absolutely heavenly! The overall experience was fantastic, and I can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!

Good service and Tasty food. Limited seating, simple decor but cozy place. Paneer Tikka was on the spicy side of things so make sure to call out your spice level in case you want mild food. Nothing special but a good indian food joint near Times Square / Union Station.

This place is just fabulous! I enjoyed very flavorful starters, main course, and dessert. The lamb chops were very juicy and tender and roasted to perfection. The “thali” is a must try - good portion size, and great options to choose from. Wonderful ambience and very friendly staff. I have dined here on multiple occasions and it’s been a great experience every time.

Went here yesterday with a friend to celebrate our graduation, and it turned out to be the perfect spot for the occasion. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed by the staff and the chef, whose hospitality made the evening even more special. We started with the Paneer Chilly – perfectly spiced and full of flavor – and the Samosa Chaat, which was absolutely delicious and packed with nostalgic Indian street-food vibes. For the main course, we had Saag Paneer served with basmati rice. The rice, surprisingly, stood out – soft, aromatic, and subtly flavored with cumin, making it one of the best plain white rice dishes I've had in the city. We also tried the Laccha Paratha and Tandoori Roti – both freshly made, with the paratha being soft and evenly layered. The highlight was the Vegetable Biryani, beautifully presented in a traditional handi, sealed with a tandoori roti lid. This brought back memories of home and truly added to the authenticity. It was served with raita that had the perfect texture and taste. To finish, the chef recommended the Phirni, which was just the way I like my desserts – mildly sweet and rich in flavor. We also had a few cocktails, which were decent but nothing exceptional. Overall, this was a memorable dining experience, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine. Be sure to check out the pictures I’ve attached!

Had a fabulous Indian dinner at Indigo during our stay in NYC. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic and the atmosphere pleasant. Right in the Hell’s Kitchen area near the theater district - they offer a fantastic pre-theater price fixe menu for only 28! Photo below. Highly recommend!

This place was a great find on our last night in New York. Food was fresh, delicious and the place was cute with a pretty extensive bar. My dad, who is very choosy, had been craving Indian and we came across this place. Best find ever and best food across our three day weekend. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and tasting their special Mother’s Day mango pudding dish - another tasty delight. In a city with a lot of over priced mediocre food, this place is reasonable, authentic and very good.
